Also known as sheltered housing and independent living, our affordable housing to rent welcomes anyone aged 60 or over, whether you’re retired or not. We have a range of high-quality comfortable accommodation for rent across Monmouthshire, specifically designed for older persons to live independently.
Independence is something we all cherish and want to keep as long as possible; each property is completely self-contained, with your own front door and the option to decorate as you wish.
Most of our retirement living homes have a communal lounge and garden where you can meet with friends and get involved in community life as much or as little as you like. You’ll feel safe and secure in your own apartment, knowing you have a friendly community on your doorstep.
About the Accommodation
At all of our accommodation, you can expect…
- A reliable repairs and maintenance service (including out of hours service for emergencies).
- A ‘home for life’ wherever possible with support and accommodation adapted to meet any changing needs.

- Car parking facilities and storage for mobility scooters (in some accommodation).
- Access to 24-hour emergency alarm service (chargeable).
