We create quality homes, primarily in the beautiful County of Monmouthshire, which was named the ‘best place to live in Wales’ in the annual Sunday Times Best Place to Live Guide 2024.  We have plans to geographically expand our area of operation.

 

Our new homes to date range from apartments to family homes both in the larger towns of Abergavenny, Monmouth, Chepstow and Caldicot and rural villages throughout beautiful Monmouthshire. Our developments are usually a mix of tenures including social rent and for sale through our popular Homebuy scheme, which helps many people every year to get onto the property ladder.

 

We plan to build 100 new sustainable homes each year and become carbon neutral by 2050. We’re already making positive steps on our net zero journey and are adapting the way we do things to reduce our impact on the environment. This is a long-term and significant commitment, impacting across all areas of our work.
