    Renting with MHA

You will find our homes in some of the major towns such as Abergavenny, Chepstow, Caldicot and Monmouth, as well as the smaller rural communities.  Our homes tend to be referred to as social or affordable housing and are cheaper than renting from a private landlord.

    Why rent from MHA?

When you rent a home from MHA, you’re not just assured of a quality property, but also a first-rate level of support from the moment you pick up your keys. Here’s some the great benefits renting a home with us will give you:

    • Peace of mind with a 24/7 repair helpline.
    • A secure long-term contract.
    • Support if you need it, such as managing your finance, help with employment, training, health and wellbeing and lots more.
    • A landlord that puts customers first.

    Monmouthshire Homesearch

To qualify for a social housing property you will need to register on the Monmouthshire Homesearch waiting list.  This is the social housing waiting list for the County of Monmouthshire and is managed by MHA on behalf of 5 housing partners; Monmouthshire Council Council, Pobl, Melin, MHA and United Welsh.
