“I joined Monmouthshire Housing in 2023 as a Finance Systems Officer and it’s been a fantastic ride. I enjoy working alongside the talented Finance team to oversee the financial health of our organisation. This means everything from managing cash flow to ensuring we comply with all the necessary regulations – basically, the numbers side of things that keeps MHA running smoothly.
This year, I’m excited to be participating in MHA’s Future Leaders program, one of many fantastic training opportunities available at MHA. The Future Leaders’ programme enables employees to develop their skills and take on new challenges. As a future leader, I’ll get to lead a year-long project while attending workshops on leadership and management. It’s a great way to learn and grow alongside other talented colleagues”.
