So who are MHA?

Ultimately we want to make it possible for people to have a place they are proud to call home.

We don’t want to just put a roof over customers heads, we want to create communities where people can thrive and feel safe. So, we have lots of extra support services for customers who might need it, ranging from financial advice to support to help people live independently.

MHA own more than 3,745 homes, across rural Monmouthshire and have ambitious plans to expand its geographical reach and build more homes across South Wales.

Our customers and our family of over 250 staff are at the heart of everything we do, and we consistently achieve one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in this sector in Wales.

By the way, MHA was created in 2008 to take on the properties previously owned and managed by Monmouthshire County Council.  We are registered as a charitable social landlord under the Cooperative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
