Stay iConnected this Summer thumbnail

During August we have made some adjustments to our iConnect drop-in timetable and will be operating limited sessions due to the Summer holidays.

While we will be offering fewer sessions during this period, our commitment to delivering digital support remains as strong as ever. Our wonderful iConnect team are here to help you get online, improve your digital skills, find affordable devices and much more!

Where you'll find us

Our drop-ins will occur twice a week:

Tuesdays

  • Chepstow Library at 10am-12 noon

Wednesdays

  • TogetherWORKS, Caldicot at 1pm- 3pm

Looking ahead to September

As we prepare for a full return to our regular sessions in September, we encourage new/existing participants to stay connected and come along to our Summer sessions.

iConnect isn’t just about getting online, it’s also about giving you the skills and confidence in the digital world. With the help of our wonderful Digital Champions, the iConnect Volunteers, we offer face-to-face support at our drop-ins sessions across the county.

iConnect offer a range of digital support including:

  • Support with using a smart phone, tablet or laptop
  • Assistance accessing emails, WhatsApp and social media
  • Gain access to online services, including bills and banking
  • Laptop loans
  • Support sourcing affordable devices and broadband deal
  • Provide free SIM cards containing data, calls and texts
  • General digital upskilling
  • Free e-learning and training opportunities
  • Opportunities to share your digital skills by becoming a digital volunteer

If you have any queries about iConnect or digital inclusion, please get in touch – we’re here to support you!
