What can we do on MyMHA?

  • Check your balance.
  • Make a payment anytime, anywhere.
  • Update your details, such as your email address or phone number.
  • Make an enquiry about your rent or service charges.
  • Give us your feedback, including making a complaint.
  • Book a repair.
  • Report anti-social behaviour.
  • Keep up to date with what is happening in your community.

 

We also have plans to further develop the app so you’ll be able to access important documents relating to your ‘contract’ with MHA, such as your Tenancy Agreement, electric and gas certificates.

New features

We are excited to announce we have recently added two new features to the MyMHA app to help you with managing and budgeting your money:

  • Budget Calculator – you can use this tool to create personalised budget plans, giving you a clearer understanding of your finances. You can also share your report with your Income Officer, who can offer you support to maximise your income.
  • Repayment Plan – if you are in arrears, you can request a repayment plan to reduce your arrears in a way that fits your budget.

How can I download the MyMHA app?

Smartphone and tablet users can visit the App Store or Google Play depending on your device and search for MyMHA.

FAQ

It is a straightforward process that shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes. We have created a suite of how-to videos that show you what you need to do to set up the App.


Not to be confused with your REN number, your RAG number will start with the letters RAG followed by 7 numbers e.g.RAG1234567

 

It will be both on the letter that we have sent you informing you that the App would be going live, or on your rent statement. We also emailed and/or text tenants (if we had details).

 

If you don’t have access to your rent statements or have misplaced your letter, call our Customer Service Team, and they can let you know your tenancy number, but we will need to ask a few security questions first.

 

Alternatively you can use our Live Chat icon found at the bottom right of our website page and select ‘Live chat’ ‘General Enquiries’.

 

Make sure you enter your RAG number exactly as it is written, as the field is case sensitive.


You need to be registered with Allpay in order to make any payments. If you would like to register call us on 03345 677 2277 and we will be happy to process your registration today.


Please make sure you are inputting your details in the correct format.

 

For Date of Birth (DOB), you need to use a / to separate the dates e.g. 01/01/1990

 

For postcode you need to make sure it is in CAPS and with a space e.g. NP74 0JJ
