Our future plans

We’re committed to playing our part in tackling the UK’s housing crisis and work closely with major housebuilders and local authorities to enable us to do this. As we operate not for profit, we reinvest any surplus in providing more affordable housing and developing communities.

We have an ambitious development programme to reach the total of 5000 homes by 2030.

Our current homes

This map shows our current concentration of homes, across Monmouthshire, Newport & Torfaen.

Our In-House Team

Built on a reputation of trust and integrity, we work with external contractors and developers, as well as building the homes ourselves.

We have our own in-house construction company Capsel Homes, who work with us to deliver innovative solutions with a focus on delivering value for money and community benefits.

Interested in working with us?

We are always looking for partnerships to help build or to acquire land. If you would like to discuss any potential opportunities, drop our Development Director Chris Kinsey a message at chris.kinsey@monmouthshirehousing.co.uk

 Chris Kinsey, Director of Development:

We’re not just about bricks and mortar, but building thriving and vibrant communities, and working with like-minded partners who share our commitment to ensure placemaking is at the heart of what we do.
