Joining in lockdown was a bit daunting, but the transition as a new starter was excellent.
The training and support you get was great and felt part of the MHA family quite quickly. Everyone is supportive and really helpful over all departments and access to all various support for health and wellbeing, training etc. The added advantage is site visits, as Monmouthshire is truly a lovely county to work in.
