A Friendly Face...
Our two Community Living Officers (CLOs) are the first point of contact for tenants living in our older persons’ accommodation.
Their main responsibilities are:
- Ensure tenants know about the services MHA provide and how to access them
- Be there to help new tenants settle into their apartment
- Coordinate information and wellbeing activities that support tenants to engage in their community & with MHA
- Carry out basic compliance checks, like testing the fire alarms
