We are fully aware that anti-social behaviour (ASB) can be very damaging and have a serious effect on those who encounter it. There are numerous measures we can take to tackle anti-social behaviour and we are committed to doing this.
Along with our tenants, we have developed Service Standards that we work to which show our commitment to dealing with ASB. We have also set up a specialist ASB Team who deal with the most serious cases and who work with our Neighbourhood Teams and with partner agencies (including Gwent Police) to tackle all aspects of ASB.
To report an instance of ASB to us, please use the ASB Reporting Form here.
Note: All reports of ASB will be treated in confidence and will be handled with discretion and sensitivity. You can report ASB anonymously, but this may limit MHA's ability to investigate and deal with the issues you report. If you wish to make your report anonymous, you should write the word 'ANON' in the fields below that require 'Names' and 'Contact Details'.
