Monmouthshire Housing Association (MHA) are celebrating after being named as the top Welsh Housing Association in 24 Housing Magazine’s prestigious Top 50 Landlords list.
Out of hundreds of entries from across the UK, MHA were named as the second best housing association in the UK and came third overall in the list. This represents an amazing achievement for the association whose vision is to be the top performing social enterprise in Wales by 2022.
MHA invests heavily in its communities and focuses on improving health and wellbeing amongst tenants. As a result of this tenants regularly return the highest satisfaction levels in Wales for their homes and neighbourhoods. Staff who work at the association also voted MHA in to the top 20 housing associations to work for in the UK.
