The second of our Helping us to Help You surveys have now been sent out to all of our tenants. We are carrying out these surveys to ensure that the information that we hold is up to date. It is important that we hold the correct information about you and your household as this will help us to improve the service that we offer to you.
If you complete the survey by 14th April 2017 you will be entered in to a prize draw to win a £50* prize. Don’t forget that if you complete all of our Helping us to Help You surveys you will be entered in to a draw to win a £200* prize! Survey 1 is still available to complete by clicking here.
You can return the survey to us by completing the paper version which has been posted out to you or alternatively you can complete the survey online through the link below. The survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete –
