The dedicated Engagement Team at MHA help to develop strong communities, high performing services and aspiring people. They support tenants and staff to find ways to collect feedback and information to help improve MHA's services, and they support local action to improve communities and opportunities for our Tenants. To find out more about these and how you can be involved, click Ways to Get Involved.

The team also has a BIG Lottery funded project, Dads Can. It provides support for dads who live in Monmouthshire or Newport. They support those who are biological dads, expectant dads, ‘step dads’, foster dads, mum’s partner and older brothers.
Dads Can provides a wide variety of information and support in a range of areas - from simply being there for you, supporting positive parenting and quality family time together (through regular trips and sessions), to support around personal development, training and employment. We are in contact with a large number of organisations, and can help dads to access specific information, support and opportunities, including getting help with financial, legal, housing, social service involvement, relationship and health (physical & mental) matters.
We are confidential and flexible to meet you where you are most comfortable – so whatever your situation, or if you have any questions, get in touch with any member of the team on 01495 761115 or Facebook Search ‘DadsCanProject’ or ‘jameskristian’ or on their website www.dads-can.co.uk
