MHA is here to help our leaseholders with any queries they may have about their lease. If you cannot find an answer to your question on the Leaseholder section of our website, please email us at:
firstname.lastname@example.org or contact us on 0345 677 2277.
Our Leaseholder Handbook gives information on the services leaseholders receive from the Association. It also outlines leaseholders’ rights and responsibilities and our responsibilities as a landlord. Although the handbook is not a substitute for legal advice and does not replace the lease.
Leaseholders are required to contribute towards a service charge, under the terms of their lease. The Association is legally required to collect these from leaseholders to help fund the day-to-day running costs of blocks of flats.
The charge goes towards repair costs, insurance and management of the building and administration on our leasehold management service.
