The Service Testing Team are MHA’s mystery shoppers who provide an invaluable service by helping us to monitor and improve the services we provide to 'you' our customers.
The role involves a variety of approaches including:-
- Mystery shopping to ensure we are achieving the standards you expect from us. (Testing services by making phone calls to members of MHA staff or testing the website and other digital formats to make sure they are easily accessible)
- Taking part in surveys and conducting surveys (For example, making satisfaction phone calls for repairs etc.)
- Carrying out inspections of work undertaken by MHA (such as checking the quality of painting works, going out in to the community and looking at grass maintenance etc.)
Looking to improve your skills for a new job? Taking part as a mystery shopper also equips you with essential employability skills, for example telephone technique and customer service.

Review our services by joining our Scrutiny Panel
Our Tenant Scrutiny Panel consists of a group of tenants coming together monthly to scrutinise all aspects of services offered to tenants and make recommendations to the Board, to improve efficiencies within the organisation.
If you are interested in any of the above but find it difficult to access transport we will provide free transport or pay your travel expenses.
